Have you ever wondered what a complete train of MT state cars looks like?

One of our BANTRAK members has the entire set and likes to run it .. you can see it here

Nope, he runs them in the order that Micro-Trains released them.

A friend of mine bought two State sets along the way.

One for running and one for collecting. ::)

Unfortunately I don't have a video camera or I could make a movie title: "Ever wondered how a complete train of ConCor U50 in all the available paint schemes looks like?"
I have two sets, one to run and one I keep locked up in a special vault that is kept at 76 degrees Fahrenheit - temperature of the ConCor warehouse.

Just kidding.

I couldn't tell from the video, was it pulled by an official states car F unit and have a states car caboose too? Or don't they make those? I know they made 2 locos and 1 caboose for the Xmas ornament set and that isn't even complete til November of this year.

If you run your state cars your not a collector... If you don't run them your not patriotic...

Oh the conflict  ;D

That's easy to solve: Buy two - one for collecting, one for running

Next they will do mental states

Despair , confusion , bewilderment , turmoil , awe , shock , well being , etc .

Followed by mechanical states

Disrepair , rusted , unlubed , etc .

I've run my Bicentennial MT cars at a club open house with other bicentennial related cars and locos. It's still a shorter train than the state car series.

Yep, I installed decoders in the A and B unit so he could run them on the red line route at Chantilly. Pretty sure he has a caboose too.

On a different note, I sold my nib DC car to Bob Mohr on Saturday. He's going to graffiti it. We'll need photos.
