That's the new Wabtec FLEXdrive locos rolling out of Erie for UP. I kinda like them, very Lego-like. Locos are getting way too big, about time manufacturers started showing new road and switcher love. The only interesting thing I've seen on six axles lately that isn't supersized is the CP SD30C-ECOs. Those would be nice in N. (Or even just a 102" nose SD40-2.)

Or maybe Alco's approach of the Rube Goldberg abominations like the C855 series. I saw that clip and my assessment was, "Alco, without the smoke."
