The survey states:
We're looking at developing a Right-handed Version of our N Gauge UNITRAM Street Track system - What kind of street cars or Light Rail Vehicles would you be interested in operating?

It seems that they are already developing the track system - they just want to get an idea as to what vehicles to produce.

The track system is already completed.  The right hand is referring to the printing on the track system itself (We North Americans drive on the wrong side of the road or visa-versa)

Poll's closed and 60% of voters selected "Old Style Trolley Car".

Let's see if Kato listens, or just put the poll up in hopes of getting a different answer they wanted.
