I just hope that Kato doesn't do aNother PCC car as Tomytec has one already tooled for release in the near future.  A nice Chicago Red Rocket or a single truck Birney would not duplicate what is already on the market.

I voted for the PCC car mostly because Kato already has a decent LRV stand in, as does Tomix. ANd the old Bachmann PPC is  . . . . .

of course what I REALLY want is for Bowser to apply shrinky dink rays to this:

I'm definitely in for a 'Vintage' type car.  But between the WCF&N, FDDM&S or even the CR&IC, I don't think there's a common car.  The WCF&N did have some Knoxville cars that were used other places.

A PCC correct for the TCRT would be too cool.

In 1:160 scale?  That's good to know (although I still think that Kato has an edge over Tomytec in overall model execution).

BTW, I just went and voted. Did you know that you can select more than one choice?  I did.

But I do hope that PCC trolley gets produced. I also rode those on the Green line in Boston/Cambridge.  The Bicentennial scheme was really cool looking.

And they are still in daily operation in Boston. I voted for the PCC, having totally forgot about the Tomytec release (another Walthers joint venture I am guessing).

Their LRV choices are too modern for me. It would have been great to see a Boeing Vertol as it would work for SF as well. A Kinki-Sharyo Would be great, but nothing looks even remotely like them anywhere else.

Anyone think a "generic" north American subway car would be a good idea? They could just churn out various subway systems.

I voted for the modern- lots of key models not covered by the limited offerings.  I have a few of the Portrams and would love to see a something like the new TTC units or similar to the European Variobahn.

I'm not sure this is a poll to see what model should be made. Kato already makes LRVs. Looks like they are trying to gauge interest in a US spec Unitram track system.
