Just to confirm that I don't smash everything, I did build Vulcan Mfg. a few years ago and for once built a kit almost straight out of the box. I did do some Decal-Bashing, however. The flash makes the flat finish on the bricks look shiny.
Don't recall if this crane shed was the one from from Vulcan. I'm getting old enough that I look at my layout and can't always remember where I got some of the parts.
