Sand!?  Well, I can do that.  In actuality, I’m glad to hear this, because it allows me to model varied commodities hauled and, well, it’s the doggone Sandhills. 😜

An exquisite conversion, Nilmadic fabricated a polystyrene log grapple and attached it to a Wheels of Time PC-90 Piggy Packer that has had its container spreader and trailer grab arms removed.

I've had this trio sitting on the layout for about three years... eventually I'll get the enthusiasm to fix the early one (the one with the log forks: the front axle is too narrow) and upload them.

Used the 1980s Model Railroader articles (the author of the first article would've been well served to go back and make one by attempting to follow his own directions) as well as numerous videos, pictures, etc., found via searches to design and print them.
