What are these trucks on eBay?

The top of MTL truck pin is large enough to not go through the hole. There's plenty of play between the narrower part of the pin and the much larger hole.

That doesn't sound suitable to me.  The pin should spin easily in the truck but not have 'plenty of play'.

I had an unfortunate experience getting these trucks. I don't know why but I was excited because I found these trucks for such a good price. The distance from the top of the truck to the top of the coupler box is quite huge, and that's the first problem with them. The couplers are very bad and don't operete the normal, usual way, lol. In general, I can say it's one of my worst purchases ever, and I doubt that it's gonna be anything as bad as these trucks. I was tracking this order via china post and hoping to get these trucks ASAP. Man, it'd be better they disappear somewhere and they gave me my money back, lol.
