likely there is a sweetspot where the cars would be slightly lighter, but fully loaded these cars were quite heavy IIRC...

It Would make an entertaining scene to have a Helium plant with floating railcars held down by chains T track module

i would assume the product is liquid hydrogen and if it is for  SpaceX than it is probably liquid oxygen.

The headlight is from Keystone Details.  The other parts came from the junk box.  I gave some serious thought to upgrading the valving, but the parts I found required a large amount of work for a relatively small improvement in appearance.  I did make a small spacer that snapped onto the cross-slide to connecting rod pivot.  It keeps the cross-slide more or less centered on its rails.

I will have to do something about the front side of the pressure cylinders.  Not sure what, though.  Something to make them look less toy-like.

Building Rico station. This is an IHC kit modified with extra trim, Campbell shingles, and Grandt Line castings. I've added the different colored shingles to represent how the depot looked after the 1936 fire.

I modified the base by cutting away the "ground" and adding some additional platform with scribed styrene.
