Unique play on "Phony Baloney" Wonder if this car was inspired by Rege Cordic, a radio and TV personality who created "Olde Frothingslosh the pale, stale ale with the foam on the bottom" comedy skit. He even had "Olde Frothingslosh" railroad cars on his HO model railroad.

I seem to recall seeing an "Olde Frothingslosh" car in N scale. Then there also is the "Burp-Oh Beer" car from MTL.  But this is the first time I saw the FOE-NEE BALONEY decoration.

Um, maybe it was a dry transfer from Clover house that I remembered.

I received the Memorial train yesterday. I have many loco projects on the go and found the inspiration to finish these two CPR GP9s to pull the train. They are both super detailed. One has had the roof fans changed out to represent the phase III body. They are decorated as seen in the early 1980's on CPRs Vancouver Island E&N subdivision.

No, it was on the weekend this thread covers - I just posted about it late. That is why I specifically posted here.

I think Craig was the one mistakenly posting his current project in this (week-old) thread.

Since it seems everyone is posting to the old Weekend Update, and that bugs me, I'm posting this to get the latest Weekend Update back to the top where it belongs...
