Very Cool!  Great history and spectacular scenery up there.

From about 3:10 - 4:00 the video talks about the passenger service where they included modified flat cars behind a gas/electric to transport the passenger's vehicles.  This is a operations detail I never considered.  Does anyone know of any other railroads that did this?

Ontario Northland still does on the train to Mooseonee, but it's diesel hauled.

i was saying to my wife while watching it, wouldnt it be fantastic to be able to take the train to prince george for work instead of having to drive or fly (I work in the north of the province). its a shame what became of it.
