BNSF 2842 and BNSF Caboose 12035 sit at rest New Westminster BC August 2024. 12035 is the last BN Cab in active use north of the 49th parallel.

My wife had to fly to Pittsburgh for the first few days of this week for work.

That meant I was going to be in the area to check out the Severna Park Model Railroad Club but I had some time to kill before it opened, so...

It reminds you how "sharp, but not by model railroad standards" HSC actually is.
