I forgot how ugly these things are, given that CSX is the only major RR that doesn't run through our little town (any more). Evidently no industrial designers were harmed in their creation.

One from 2008 from East Norwood in Cincinnati Ohio, where the I&O yard lead branches off from the CSX/B&O Midland Subdivision.  I&O was a kaleidoscope during those days of 2nd hand and shared power from the Rail America system.   This is a scene that is being modeled on my layout.

Set out for correction, this Berwick-built 85' flat was originally operated by Union Carbide in dedicated service with custom containers. In its second career, C&W now uses it for rail shipments.
