Hey guys I do a lot of railfanning in lieu of not having a place to regularly play with my models. I have a large collection of photos I use for weathering and general "hey youll never believe what I saw" moments. Is this an acceptable place to post photos to share with the community?

Sure.  In fact, there's a weekly "Thursday Proto Photo" topic specifically for that.  But a prototype photo should always be welcome in this section.

Yes it is.  You need 25 posts first.  This is to prevent spammers who do hit and run postings.
