Some help from fellow Baltimorons

I was perusing the Chateau Martin tank car info site at https://coastdaylight.com/chatmart/cmwx_roster_1.html and there are numerous photos of the winery's ex-milk cars in Baltimore. I'm curious what industry they were destined for. Anyone know? Maybe for Fleischmann's Vinegar in Jones Falls, or they were being held over to head to the Kraft Heinz plant in Federalsburg?

Since the cars were off the roster by 1976, it pre-dates my Baltimore City railfanning by about 8 years. I was limited to the OML in Ellicott City and the few miles I could hoof it in either direction until I could drive, and never saw one of those cars coming through. And I'm just uber curious...
Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.

It looks like they're in the B&O Riverside yard. Not sure beyond that since I'm not well versed on B&O ops in town.

I was thinking B&O too - you can see a B&O passenger car in the background on this photo:
