Nothing bizarre about it. Quite predictable, really. Follows the playbook pretty much to the letter. I'm sure there's someone out there who knows what to kiss and when, and will serve at the pleasure of the hedge funds and oligarchs and the puppets they have paid handsomely to manipulate.
