This almost certainly was from Helene last year - devastated the region.
My son (in western NC) was fortunate in that his home was safe, though the road to his property was completely washed out.

The drone must have a pretty good battery! They are all sped up, but I watch them sped up even more. For all the work they are putting into it, it's like there was never a railroad there before.
