Need Help From WM Fans

One member of my recent box car upgrade class is this WMRX RBL.  To the right of the reporting marks is stenciled "WHEN EMPTY RETURN TO WESTERN MARYLAND RAILWAY CO. CHAMBERSBURG PA".  What shipper in the Chambersburg area required assigned RBLs and what would the lading have been?  My guess is fruit but it's just a guess knowing a little bit of the region.  Or is this a MT art department creation?  Thanks.

The MT lettering matches the photo of WMRX 14.

I'm away from my WM boxcar book, so I'm going from memory.  These were leased cars, which is why they were painted differently.  I don't think there were too many of them (50 or less--maybe 25).  I think they lasted ~'58 to ~'65. 

We'll see how good my memory is in a few days.

There was a ketchup plant in chambersburg so probably hauling tomatoes
