I may be mistaken but I'm pretty sure the PRSL GP38's didn't have dynamic brakes. PC did but not PRSL.

PRSL GP38's did not have dynamic brakes. Rapido said that they will be correct when they come to market.

They even modeled the Dual control stand cab interior!...

But yeah... no Dynamics..

There is a current day locomotive claiming to be the PRSL 2000 that has Dynamic Brakes but the cab is wrong also..

It is originally a PRSL unit, but it's been messed with significantly over the years, including having dynamics installed.

Interesting ... all N&W bought hi-nosers had dual control stands - I wonder if Scale Trains modeled that on their NW SD45s and their hi-nose NW SD40-2s.

Starting with the first new low nose units (1974), N&W bought locos with "bi-directional" control stands (still with long hood front).

I do own ST low nose NW SD40-2s (both HO & N) - will take a look at the cab interior next time I get those out of their boxes).

No, Tony Macrie's Cape May Seashore Lines recently (over a year ago) got the original PRSL 2000 back on home rails. SMS 2003 (PRSL 2003), and GMTX 2661 (PRSL/PC 2013, also on CMSL), have also been heavily modified including the addition of dynamic brakes. CMSL has one more original PRSL (kind of, bought by the PC to PRSL spec, but not officially PRSL due to PC purchasing them; when Reading ran the PRSL these PC purchased units would return to PC, but came back when PC ran the PRSL again) GP38, LLPX (PRSL/PC) 2014, and this one never got dynamic brakes.
