The November weathered PRR boxcar would be perfect except for the ACI label. Makes it way too late for me (this go-around I'm trying to stick to just Pennsy, LOL). But would be perfect for Mr @Ed Kapuscinski . Same with that PC boxcar.

I already have way too many 40' boxcars though. Including sexy weathered ones.

But that PC boxcar is on the future shopping list along with those GM&O cars. I'm annoyed at myself for skipping the original release of the non-weathered cars and have been watching for one for the past few years. At first I had ignored them and then kept seeing them show up in photos so... now's my chance to fix my past mistake.

It seems that the very strange letter that Micro-Trains crafted some months ago about "oh no, we're not abandoning Z, what are you talking about?" turned out to be exactly what we thought...it very much seemed like the proverbial vote of confidence that a football coach gets about 3 weeks before he's fired.

I think Z has been fired from MTL.   They will be retaining Z's offensive coordinator (trucks) and defensive coordinator (couplers) though.   

I'm wondering if the two dozen BNSF flats I ordered will be the last hurrah. (or maybe the last hurrah has already happened, flats be damned.)

I was able to find one of the original run not too long ago. Like you I passed it up and then started noticing them!

That PC car is definitely on my list this month, love the mismatched doors.

I was able to find one of the original run not too long ago. Like you I passed it up and then started noticing them!
