New N Scale Stilwell Oyster Car kit.  Kinda Pricey though, IMHO:

@bbussey, ESM wheelsets included!

This does look very interesting - it is rolling stock that I've had on my wish list.  Unfortunately I do not have a lot of experience building kits, etc. and the price point is high.  We'll see how tempted I am.

It is a one of a kind kit, so the price doesn't shock me.  I can recall paying a similar price for limited edition passenger car kits.  In this day and age, where wheelsets are over $1 per axle, and a pair of truck frames can cost $12 (or did, when shapeways was still operational), and a mass produced Bachmann passenger car is $60 MSRP... well, it is what it is.

Not really something I have any use for.  But glad I know it's out there.  I had no idea the prototype existed.  When I saw "Stilwell Oyster Car" I was assuming it would be an arch windowed observation or private car or something, not, literally, a car for hauling oysters to Kansas City.

I have a mind like a steel trap...a VERY rusty, old steel trap.

Yup.  A cool little car for those 19th century pikes.

Is this the first time Fox trucks are available in N?

I had fox tender trucks designed on SW, but not Fox freight trucks.

A) Those aren't Fox Trucks
B) Pannamint on Shapeways had a bunch of different Fox trucks. He definitely had different wheelbase options, I can't remember what the other variations were.

Dimi Trains had the first injection molded Fox trucks. Think it was the snowplow kit.
