Others that may have more knowledge (or access to information) than myself..

Based on photos I can find online, the Penn Central passenger fleet was very Pennsylvania-y.  It seems the vast majority of NYC Cars that made it to Penn Central were Stainless Steel cars.

I have only found 1 photo of an NYC two tone gray car lettered for Penn Central.

And it's a coach.

Did the Bridge, Port, or River sleepers make it to Penn Central service?

Assuming - because of the inclusion of the Creek observation car - that you're modeling the 20th Century Limited.
A 1965 timetable lists the consist as including 10-6 and 12DB sleepers, but no 4-4-2 cars.
There are also 22-Roomette type cars - likely from the Harbor series.
You would also want to include one, or more, slumber/sleepercoaches and several regular coach cars.

It occurred to me on the drive to work, that my question was originally directed towards an NYC sleeper from the 20th Century set to be added to a Penn Central era Broadway Limited.

So on that note... I'll need to settle for an NYC Coach and the Baggage car I already finished.

But the info for the late 60s 20th Century was also helpful!.
