Has anyone ordered from B360 Hobbies?

B360 Hobbies has an item that I need, but I am hesitant to order from them since their "Contact Us" section only uses a form to contact them. I have been burned by other companies who do not provide their email or phone numbers to contact them. So, is this a legitimate vendor?

Wasn't sure where to post this, so I picked the Product Discussion section!

"No" to your question re. ordering, but I poked around and it has the earmarks of a one-man show taking his regional trainshow table trade online. Probably legit, but like my own experiences with similar vendors, they are quickly overwhelmed by the communications necessary to maintain an online business for their hobby/part-time side gig.

What puts me off, however, is you had to look hard for their state of operation - Florida. Florida has weak laws and/or poor enforcement managing businesses trying to make it with out-of-state transactions. Lots of scams are based in Florida. Not that this guy isn't legit, but if something goes wrong you will have little to no support from in-state consumer affairs agencies.

As far as TRW section, "Hobby Shop Reports" under "N and Z Scales" would probably be a better match. If a moderator agrees, it'll probably be moved. Otherwise, don't worry about it.

Exercising a little google-Fu, it looks like they are a legit online, and train show retailer out of Kissimmee, FL.

I did receive a response to a question I submitted about the item using the form on the site. The response was rec'd within a few hours of asking the question, so I do feel better about this being a legitimate site. I replied to the email with another question before ordering. If I do place the order, I will update this post after the item is rec'd.

I ordered from them in 2022. No issues, item was delivered fine. They generally have good prices as well

UPDATE: Just wanted everyone to know that this online store is legitimate! I had several email conversation with the owner (Jonathan) about the item I was interested in. Quick responses were received. Also, the item I wanted showed Out of Stock on his website, but he said he had 2 in stock. He quickly resolved an issue with his database to update it to show that they were in stock and I was then able to order the item I needed.  Received the item today and it was very securely and safely packed.
