Not a scratch build or bash but here is my latest 18 wheeler

This is a 3D print that I painted, made and applied all the decals myself. BTW, the tractor chassis has been broken/repaired 3 times so may be wonky somewhat.

I can honestly say that I have yet to see a sleeper of that size IRL, but now I guess I have to assume that they exist!

Yes, they do exist. That is an ARI legacy sleeper.
