The spray pattern (shape and size) looks like something exploded spray can would leave.  If this was premeditated - I'm impressed!

Or could be a paint filled container thrown at a fast moving car.

Yes, I believe it's the exact Micro Trains truck.  And except for the lower straight sill it's the Micro Trains car, too (yes, its riveted panels are a little wider).  I would be shocked if they haven't done this WFEX scheme yet.

Say what?  You would think that scheme would sell well.  It's series WFEX 2200-2249.  The Great Northern Equipment Pictorial has a few more photos.
