Green 36 and 40 ga magnet wire

I am in the market for Temco brand wire, they seem to have stopped making it,

Any suggestions on a new source?

This might not help but I'll put it out there.  If you are going to be using the magnet wire for LED's I'm finding that I can get prewired 0402 LED's (and larger) pretty inexpensivly that have pre-wired leads that to me are somewhere between the size of small decoder wires and magnet wire.  They still might not be small enough for some places like maybe up the inside of a N scale light pole but I've used them for ...

On the decoder installs I've also found the ( flat PCB strips ) to be really handy as they are wider but have no vertical height so fit between the chassis and shell in most cases and I like that at some place along them I can add resistors of other components if needed.

If you have old switch machines, small relays or other such electronics lying around, you'll have a substantial supply of solenoid wire at little to no cost.

But if you're still hot for Temco, they're still around, and you can find plenty of it online.

I wish I had an easy answer to that.  If one is in Europe, pretty easy to find out of Germany.  I was able to get some first from a friend and then from England and that might still might be an option for those of us that are in the U.S. (see the next link).

I used LEDBARON through an eBay store they had but now it looks like they might be selling on another site (see the link above).

If you want to try a strip I could mail you one.  I don't have enough though where I'd be able to mail a number out.  I was hoping someone, a retailer that sells a lot of decoders would maybe make the effort to stock them.  I mentioned it to one but never heard back.  Maybe a group buy here where someone in Europe would consider buying and then shipping?  Here is a link to a place in Germany that would probably be a good one for someone interested in that to follow up with...

Prices are reasonable, and I used their 42 and 44 on my motor rewinding experiments.  It was nice stuff.

It does not need to be temco, but the green color is important.

Thanks to every one I did locate 40 ga green, still looking for 36 ga green.
