Diesel fuel would have indeed been a commodity for these tank cars.

And gasoline, alcohols, etc. Many others. It's a standard, non-insulated, non-heated car so basically anything that isn't corrosive, and flows properly under normal temperatures.

Atlas supposedly has a GP20 that's on the boat.  Or at least the container was shipped April 15th.  https://shop.atlasrr.com/t-ordership.aspx  It's been just over 3 months so hopefully whatever the partial shipment was, they should be going out of Atlas soon.

Does anyone know if there are still the epic container ship backlogs at the ports?  It's not been in the news lately.

Does anyone know if there are still the epic container ship backlogs at the ports?  It's not been in the news lately.

I read somewhere recently that there still is a blockage but not as epic as it was in the past.  Some of the blockage on the west coast is not showing up on the east coast.
