Well, they specifically say that they *DO NOT* sell spare parts (for kitbashing, etc.) but they do offer limited parts service if you actually own the model you are ordering parts for.  So if you, ahem, own the model you are getting parts for, and they have them in stock, you shroud be able to get them (if the model under warranty), or buy them if the warranty has lapsed.

It looks like they will want you to have already purchased the whole model that the part you want comes from.  Understandable.  But, it would be difficult to get parts for kit bashing.

Have you bought parts for locos you don't have?
