I didn't get any photos because I was driving in the route truck with the spy mounted on the windshield, but I stumbled upon Curry Rail Services today in Duncansville, PA.  Every inch of usable tracks around the facility is jam packed with cars, mostly of the 4 bay covered hoppers for plastics.  Here is a google maps view, showing a half filled yard and mostly tank cars.  I don't think you could fit a scale test car into there today, it's that packed

Probably car storage. There is good money in storing cars.

did some railfanning on the Delaware Lackawanna recently, scouting some locations and getting a sense of their operations.  here are two from the end of the day at Bridge 60, the crew moving the power onto the Diamond Branch and tying down.

With Atlas doing YRC 1531 on the next run of GP15-1, I'll be able to recreate much of this video since I already have CF-7 1500 :D What happened to @Ed Kapuscinski York layout

Geez Adam, Duncansville is quite a ways away from your normal route(s).  Visiting Corporate that day?

No, Nestle screwed up and drug their feet buying the other Roaring Spring branches.  DS Waters (Crystal) came in and scooped them up.  That left us with about 20-25 Giant/Martins Food stores to deliver to.  We run an overnight route out of Gettysburg that services 13 stores including McConnellsburg, Huntington, Duncansville, Altoona, Connellsville, Indiana, DuBois, State College, Burnham and Lewistown.  Other stores we now have to cover also include Cumberland MD and Kizer, WV as well as a few others between Martinsburg and Charlestown, WV and Stephens City and Winchester VA.  One good thing at least for me when I have to do the stores, there is a ton of railroading going on in many of those towns.

Indeed, there are several good railfanning opportunities in that list.

If you know you're coming to DuBois sometime, give me a heads-up.

Clearly you have defied the model railroad gods having made that set and not having a manufacturer make a factory offered
CF-7. It's gotta be one of the units with the most paint schemes not yet offered in N scale.
