The link shown in red, but before that it was the page we are on where I saw red.

Was that after visiting the Weathering forum?

So from what I can tell the Waethering forum has an iFrame tag that other pages don't have which is why it turns the 'Not secure' red.

Here's the offending code -

Code: [Select]
<iframe src="http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?lt1=_blank&bc1=000000&IS2=1&bg1=FFFFFF&fc1=000000&lc1=0000FF&t=therail-20&o=1&p=8&l=as1&m=amazon&f=ifr&md=10FE9736YVPPT7A0FBG2&asins=B004JBWSX8" style="width:120px;height:240px;" scrolling="no" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0"></iframe>
That might be something @tom mann might want to remove at some point.

I may have been to the weathering page. I just click the show unread posts and go from there.

DKS - I'm looking into a pretty reasonable price from Network Solutions for an SSL certificate that my ISP can live with.   The real trick is whether you can get a 301 redirect to work inside your own webspace/server to redirect HTTP to HTTPS for old mage links.    My guy 'thinks' it will work.    It's kind of a crapshoot, actually.

Thanks. My new host offers a free SSL blanket cert. Unfortunately, Chrome does not acknowledge "bolt-on" generic SSLs. The only way that works it is to get a dedicated SSL for an entire site, and then painstakingly change all internal links to https://. That's >50,000 links I'd need to change... fuggedaboudit!

Wow, these settings were absolutely buried in Edge's menu. I finally found them though.
There's a shyness found in reason
Apprehensive influence swallow away
You seem to feel abysmal take it
Then you're careful grace for sure
Kinda like the way you're breathing
Kinda like the way you keep looking away

This fix seems to have stopped working for me in Chrome 96.0.xxxx on a middle-aged MacBook.  There are at least two threads I know of where images that are visible in Safari are blocked in this version of Chrome.  Any tips?

Added:
It turns out it was the Ghostery extension I recently installed that was blocking insecure images.   I'm not sure why, but when I added TRW to the list of trusted sites, the issue resolved.
