Do you mean @Rasputen?  Notice the spelling; I think you're spelling Rasputen wrong.

Back to the question....What website?  I have always just used the "catalog" thread of his products here on Railwire and sent him an email or PM when I need some cars or trucks.  I was thinking about naming my layout's used car lot "Rasputen's OK Used Cars", if I ever build the next layout.
