Mmm, Geeps. Those CP engines are supposed to both be GP38-2s built in the mid-1980s, but it seems like No. 3108 sits so much higher than No. 3057 in both photos.

Some pictures from Bellefonte, PA:
Looking north toward Sunnyside Yard. The NBER serves multiple limestone plants and quarries in the area.
The original PRR station that now serves the Chamber of Commerce.
