Converting Scaletrains GTEL Turbine to Microtrains couplers

I've read the manual from Scaletrains about converting to MT 1015 couplers using their coupler pocket, and have successfully converted the fuel tender, but I was wondering if anyone had done the conversion using the MT coupler pocket. The screw that comes with the unit seems a bit short for the MT pocket, and I'm not sure, but the MT screws seem to be a slightly larger diameter, not sure if they would fit the existing screw hole. If anyone has done the conversion using all MT parts, would love to hear what problems you may have had.

Thanks, I saw that discussion and went ahead and used the scale trains coupler box, just wondering if anyone had used the MT box.  The only down side I can see is there are a couple hoses sticking off the Scaletrains  coupler box, not sure I would really care about losing such a small detail if the MT pockets work.

Tom, if the Scale Trains coupler pocket readily accepts the MTL coupler guts, I'm curious why are you planning on replacing it with the MTL pocket?

I did the conversion of my Big Blow set as instructed by Scale Trains and I didn't encounter any problems (that I remember).
