Brushable flat finish

Every once in a while I need a small splotch of flat finish and spraying might not be needed or feasible.

Is there a good brushable flat finish out there that works well for minor touchups or for use when spraying isn't possible?

In such a situation, I sometimes spray Dullcote into a little puddle on a old yogurt cup lid or something like that, and brush it on from there.

I buy Dullcoat in a glass bottle to use in the airbrush. Could just use a non air brush.

I ‘puddle and brush’ dullcoat, and almost any other rattle can paint, all the time, as Tom describes.

I remember when Testors sold Dullcote in bottles...do they not anymore?

Yes, @Ed Kapuscinski  but only via airbrush.  I have a bottle of Micro Clear that I use for spot treatments like ACI label decals, etc :
