They are/were from American Limited. Unfortunately they are not being made at the moment - or ever (I don't know)

use the kit as a guide and make more from plasticstrut  and brass wire and gold metal models ladders,railings,and cages.

If you can find one, the Heljan Diesel Fueling and Sanding Complex kit includes a couple that are very similar.

Thanks!  I actually have most if not all of them in kit form. The assembled tower is slick.
