They are/were from American Limited. Unfortunately they are not being made at the moment - or ever (I don't know)

I have one assembled unit and one kit.  Should have bought several assembled when I had the chance.

use the kit as a guide and make more from plasticstrut  and brass wire and gold metal models ladders,railings,and cages.

Thanks!  I actually have most if not all of them in kit form. The assembled tower is slick.
