If MTL had offered a plain unlettered Pullman Green coach they'd have sold millions ..... But so glad the McGinnis NH coaches are coming next!! :x :trollface:

There are a couple of things this month that will make me open my wallet the moment my fave vendor posts them for ordering. As to the coaches, I would like an undec or two or three in six axles for easy conversion to MoW, as @Ed Kapuscinski so helpfully suggested.

:?  Not new - brown TSC have been around for a while. If we want to get excited about something, the answer is a reasonable TSC conversion for the manufacturers who insist that 1015-compatible boxes molded into the model are the end-all for body-mounts. Just sayin'.

Agreeing with Mike re the True Scale Couplers...brown meh.

Improve the line.  I've got a slug of cars I'd convert today if they had a better box interface.

MTL says the single-window coach was built for N&W and later sold to PRR. My question is:

Did PRR keep the six wheel trucks or did they change the trucks for their 2D-P5 trucks?

On which prototype is the single-coach based? (E.g. the diner was based on PRR.)

Actually, two questions...

I don't know about millions, but they will sell several to me.

I put in an order for 2 of the NYC.  I figure I will use them to figure out how to convert them to Erie rebuilds (the NYC car being almost identical to what Erie started with), and I already have a couple projects that can use the 4-wheel trucks, and have a stash of 6 wheel trucks to swap out.  Once the painted/unlettered (or just undecs) become available, I will be in the market for 3 to 8 more, depending on how the experiments go.

At least ex-N&W PRR 1300 appears to have kept its 3-axle trucks.
