Takes about 1-2 hrs to form a bond, about a day to cure completely.

Its very similar, but its quite a bit tackier when bonding and considerably stronger than PVA when cured.

I laid down some track on cork with this stuff and it works beautifully.  Best stuff I've ever used.  Has latex caulk beat by far.  Easy to work with and remains somewhat flexible so minor alignment issues can be corrected.  I'm definitely going to buy more.
