New Product! DC/DCC Switch Panel with Fascia Panel

The DC/DCC Switch Panel is a product that we have been asked for many times and it's finally here. Easily wire your layout for DC/DCC and control it with the flick of a switch! Simple wiring will get you up and running in no time. LEDs give a bright visual indication of which "mode" is selected, even from across the room. Use one for a whole small layout or use multiple panels for multiple mainline track layouts. (Remember to isolate between the mainlines!) Comes with or without custom fascia panel. Fits very nicely on 1/2" plywood benchwork panels.

Pricing:

With Fascia Panel $12

Without Fascia Panel $10

Thank you!

Nice, @KE4NYV ,

Two questions:

1: What is the amp rating on the switch?

2: Could a second be used to switch between the layout and a programming track (both DCC of course)?

I personally tested up to 2A without any problems.  The traces were made as wide as I could comfortably fit on the board to handle at least a decent amount for a layout.

Absolutely!  In fact, one customer already told me that is exactly what they bought it for.  They told me they might just make a little label to go over the "DC" on the fascia panel that says "PROG".

Thanks for the questions!

Now that is a very neat idea. Two questions:
  • Is the 9v power supply required to light the LED's?
  • Is shipping included in the price?

The voltage input range is +9-12 VDC, but yes, it's required to light the LEDs.

Price does not include shipping, but our shipping rates in the US are very reasonable, usually $4-5 for first class.

Thanks!
