Yes, 103 marking is indicating 10K ohms.
While it is good to calculate the wattage, since you are replacing the existing SMT resistor, all you have to worry is its outline (size).  That will dictate its wattage anyway.  The size of that larger resistor (marked 102) next to it is likely 1206.  Looking at the relative size difference, I guess that the size of the SMD resistor you want as a replacement is 0603  (0.060" x 0.030" footprint).

I gave a brief tutorial on LED SMD sizes in https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=46917.msg615424#msg615424 but the outline sizes apply to all SMD components, so it is the same for resistors.
