This is also buried here (https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=46361.30), but it is worth highlighting!  8)

Hopefully, this will break the ice for more dimensionally correct 60' cubes. :D

Can you please point out the incorrect ones? So I can avoid buying them.

Well, that answers one question. i think but I'm not sure that car had more roads and schemes than the Gunderson'. Not that we'll ever see them all  from MTL. Now if they will do some just to weather and tag them, they'll sell quite a few.

Not sure about the detail accuracy or not, but those are all entirely different cars. Sixties to seventies era clockwise from top left looks like a Greenville, PC&F/ICC? and maybe an ACF?

The new MT model is a 2000s National Steel Car - I can dig for some accurate matches, but pretty sure at least TTX (TBOX), CN (DWC), CP, and CSXT.

These will be very popular. Not bad for a U.S. based manufacturer in an age where the concensus is that stuff like this has to be made in China to make a profit. The usual logic is that these would therefore likely cost 50$ each or more if not made in China.

Kudos to MT for "doing it" in a world where it can't be done.

The link was to "point.out the incorrect ones".

1st is late Greenville (with height issues)

2nd one is Berwick (with height issues)

3rd one has screwy roof panels like the Athearn HO EV caboose

Can't believe they are announcing something a year in advance.   That's too bad.  Well, maybe someone else will go ahead and make it before then, and they will get all the sales for it.  But I'm still a big fan of MT so will probably buy a number of these.

Just make sure the body height is correct. Then the ride height. No more squished MTL cars!

So no one saw the brand new 36” metal wheels.
Which ever side of the track I am on is the right side.

"Love the TSC couplers and the P:160 wheels in the pic!"

I don't need any of these, as they're about a quarter-century too modern for my railroad.  But does anyone actually make P:160 wheels?  I know it would be possible, since the British 2mm Society makes theirs work.
