BLW's MTL sales stuff has tons of Canadian railroads, but of course he doesn't send to Canada. Bummer for you Canadians. However, if you are planning to buy stuff from HogTrainz, who does ship to the Great White North, and would like some of those cars, first put in an order with BLW. Tell Pete you're going to place a HogTrainz order next, and to send the stuff you buy from him to his brother at HogTrainz to add in with that order. That's my understanding about how they're working this. Possibly that means anything BLW has, as long as you mix the order in with HogTrainz. Of course it'd be prudent to have a decent amount of stuff from HogTrainz, not just order a bag of rail joiners from there and $200 of stuff from BLW.
