Atlas GP40-2W!

Just got an email from Briggs regarding their GP40-2LW. They state atlas will be introducing the GP40-2W in the next year.

Not only am I excited about this project, but it could also mean retooled GP40-2 and a short fuel tank chassis for the entire GP38/40/38-2/39-2/40-2 line.

Nice!

I wonder if Atlas is reusing/updating the Walthers GP38-2 chassis which has two different fuel tanks.
The fabric of reality has begun to fray.

I'll never understand why they chose the model of which 44 examples were built, verses the one with 233 built. Well, assume so they can do CN and GO units.

Regardless, IF it happens, I'll get excited. But it's taken so long I almost don't care... and I'm not working atm, so good luck selling me more than 2 or 3.

BTW, Daniel, good song there! During my 61 day road trip in the autumn, "music for this road trip provided by Deftones"... especially Rosemary.
