Problems trying to order parts from Bachmann

I have tried using the e-store several times and it always crashes at the very end when I am submitting my order. I tried to call the parts department this morning and waited on hold longer than I want to admit and finally left a message.

Anyone else having this problem, or know what’s going on?

nope...I ordered some painted shells and some repair parts and they were all over it.  I got two emails from the parts department telling me when stuff was going out.

Was the problem on your end or on theirs? Or you don't know - things just started working?

I assume theirs. I have ordered parts several times this fall and did the same thing as always over the weekend, but the site would always crash when I submitted the order. I did get an email response from the parts department this morning that said “It is up and running now.” I did the same process I have always done and it did indeed work.

Thanks. Yeah, it sounds  like it was on their end (especially since you changed nothing in your environment and it worked later).
