The unique C39-8 will also stand-out as run through power on BN, C&NW, CSX, SP, UP, and other major railroads from the 1980s and 1990s.  We will be ordering to the nearest case of 6 so additional stock will be extremely limited.

Rivet Counter PS-4785 Covered Hopper: Penn Central, Conrail, Cargill, Cotton Belt (unique roof hatches), Highland Feeders (only owned 2 road numbers), and Staley
Penn Central and Conrail were the largest owners of PS-4785 Covered Hoppers and some are still in service today.  The private owner cars are perfect for any model railroad from the late 1960s to present.  We will be ordering to the nearest case of 12.

I went out of my era and ordered a Conrail C39-8 to go with my 8-40B, as I model the late 70s. I picked up several of the 4785s.  8)

Hey I can actually order a couple of these. My cutoff date is Jan. 1, 1968. So the Cotton Belt and Highland Feeders
will make the cutoff. Just wished I knew more about Highland Feeders. Anyone think this car may have made it to the Northeast?
