Can you help ID the trucks on this car?

Looking for name, identification, links, diagrams, drawings, etc. Can anyone help?

Spookshow's site does not have anything close. Almost looks like a small loco truck.

Those look like light passenger car trucks. Pretty close to a Pullman-Standard or Commonwealth design; not seeing the tops of the frames lost in the shadows doesn't help.

Going from faulty memory they look like the trucks from the Athearn milk car.

Forgive my lack of knowledge for truck part terminology, but it looks like the equalizer frame is completely OUTSIDE of the truck frame, resting on top of the journal boxes, so there must be a second one INSIDE the truck frame like a sandwich so that the journnal would not jam in the slides of the frame. 

For lack of better terms, is that what I am seeing?  If so, I cannot find a suitable N Scale truck for this model unless someone has some suggestions?

I don't think anyone makes that truck in N-scale.  It's an express truck of some kind.  I think the closed you could come would be to start with the Micro-Trains Commonwealth BX truck.  Replace the snubber with a leaf spring, and maybe trim off the "ears" from each side.

It looks a lot like the truck ATSF used under their last express refrigerator cars -4050 series.  Bearings look like the one on the dynamometer car  - although note that I need a new prescription on my bifocal, so YMMV.  I can't tell from the photo of the dynamometer what the top of the truck looks like (shadow). The reefer truck top frame extends a bit beyond the wheels.  Overall similar to the MT BX truck, but looks longer, and has that bearing cap that I think is a retrofit roller bearing.

I bet there are drawings out there somewhere.  Like PRR, there are a lot of ATSF drawings out there, I would think the spec on that would be available.
