RW Server problems?

I am getting random but regular 504 Gateway Time-out messages today.

That. and multiple instances of SMF database communications errors.

Started roughly 12:30CST for me, completely inaccessible for about 30 minutes, hit-and-miss since then.

I've seen few of the GatorHost errors yesterday.

Today I'm getting lots of these errors:
Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

The company is looking into some issues with the database server.  Things will probably be up-and-down for the next hour or so.  As a precaution I did a database back up and I have that file safe on my computer and my cloud storage.  Sorry for the  inconvenience!

We're back! It was up/down for me between 10:30CST and ~11:15 or so, then a bunch of 500s, then a bunch of database errors, back to 500s, and then offline completely until 15:00.

Actually had to leave my desk and do some modeling. :D
