Intermountain announces more 4650s

Just seen more ACF 4650s announcements from Intermountain, but was wondering if we will ever see these. They were supposed to be doing the early version too. Would like to see the early version but who knows, at least will have the Athearn 4600s soon. Hope IM releases the Hy cube boxcars and the Conrail and PennCentral hoppers the H31s.

So what's the deal with the HO versus N version? HO gets "Phase I - Single Rib Stiffener" and "Phase II - Upper Chord Stiffener", the undec versions of these include both round and trough hatch roofs; but N scale version descriptions are "Round Hatch Version" and "Trough Hatch Version". What happened to Phase I and Phase II selection? Which is the actual N model - Ph. I or Ph.2 (considering the photos are probably of the correct HO phase versions)? I'm guessing they're Ph. II but can't really tell when  enlarging the PDF image on the screen.

In other words, the N scale versions are the same version that MT makes?  So there's no point in ordering any, even if they did make the roads I wanted, because I already have the (incorrect) MT models?

On a more positive note, if one doesn't mind the wrong phase, MILW modelers should be pleased.  They can now own models of every Center Flow the MILW ever owned - all five of them.
