I don't want anyone at MT to take this question the wrong way, but is a MT X29 actually a model of an X29, or is it a more generic boxcar?  If accurate, I could use a couple to supplement the old Red Caboose ones I have.

Finally the BN air slides are being released.  This will be my first sample of this car.  These were regulars on Conrail’s Pittsburgh Line.  Thanks.

I was in Oregon on business this week and I flew into Medford.  First stop was Micro-Trains World Headquarters, about 15 minutes south of the airport.  I cashed in my gift certificate for winning the 2017 product guide photo contest.  I got to say hello to Eric Smith.  What I did not do was get a selfie of me in front of MT HQ.

Luckily not much this month for me, well lucky for my wallet. Some X29s and the friendship train reefer for me. Has anyone heard if the single will coach has come to fruition and will be seeing release this year?

I believe they are accurate, other than the truck spacing.

As Bryan pointed out the worst noticeable flaw is the truck centers which isn't even close to correct.  After that would be the width of the car which is also really off, but not as easy to see.  The MTL car is also just slightly longer than the Red Caboose Car.

Only 1 roadnumber for the BN? Seems all the other runs had 2 numbers each. I'll be getting it. Hopefully more Hill Lines ones in the near future.

Yeah I think the Rio Grande air slide only had one number as well.

Would anyone know if whether sugar or flour would have been common loads on BN airslides?  I found this photo of 2 BN airslide hoppers at Allentown Yard from 1988, and I'm intrigued as to what they could be carrying, and I'm trying to justify picking one up for my layout
