2nd Generation CN SD40-2 Quick Repaints

Looking for pics of former CN SD40-2s in a 2nd generation quick repaint over the original CN paint. I don't know if they even exist, but would be grateful for any leads.

All of CN's SD40-2's (not including any rebuilt SD40's) were built for other railroads, and a good number of them that were repainted CN didn't have CN reporting marks:

CN:
-ex MP/UP
-ex CP (owned by Ontario Hydro)

GTW - ex MP/UP

IC:
-ICG
-ex BN, MKT

WC - ex-ACR

They were off the roster before they could become CN property.   This is also true for ICG's ex-RI SD40-2's.

I don't have a specific unit in mind. I acquired a Kato SD40-2 in CAN with the logos removed and thought of making it into a patch repaint or lease unit. I new it would be a shot in the dark. I do it with U.P. units all the time.

That helps, was it one of the Mid Pro IC units or the Early no DB GTW units?

Some examples... There aren't many, most straight SD40-2's were retired during the recession and scrapped.
You can find more examples of Patched SD40's and SD40-2W's if its just the paint scheme you want for inspiration...
