Looks to me like the database services on their web server barfed, possibly on a storage failure. We can be pretty certain there are frantic conversations going on right now with their tech support staff or vendor. I've sooooooooo been there.
IOW, patience. Problems as major as this generate alarm notifications, so they know, and are on it.
