Usually I like Big steam but here is an exception..

It's been on the shelf for a while but here is the progress on my Southern Pacific -4-6-2.   It's build from my modified MT-4 casting which is installed on the Model Power 4-6-2

Here is the quick cut and mock up installed on the modified mechanism.  No alterations have been performed to air pump or air tanks... yet

No, I couldn't, either. I think your ImageShack account has left cookies that allow you to see the incomplete URL. Here it is modified for "regular" {img} tag viewing. Let's see if this works:

Handsome locomotive, for sure.

It may not be "big steam", but it's still 'pretty good sized steam'...

Thanks Guys!

Yes I'm also excited about this build also.  Phillip Johnson and I have been looking for a good solution for a while and already have quite a bit of work invested.

Also, in comparison to the 4th AC-9 I am currently working on.... this seams like a small engine

I see the photos now.
Yes, Jason, that's going to be a pretty engine.  That 6-wheel-truck Vanderbilt tender makes it extra special.

Jason,

Great to see you posting again and getting back into building. You know that the second loco, under construction, is my favorite but any you do turn out great. May you have nothing but "down blades and green lights" in your renewed journey. My AC-9 is on the RIP track for now, something jammed up the front engine, but I have not even looked for the problem.

Again, my friend, great to see you doing your thing.

The steam-master is back in business!  Nice to see you at it again Jason, producing more resin masterpieces.
